About the Role
Are you an exceptional internal communicator who can find the story in any subject and create communications that make an impact? We are seeking a talented, hands-on Internal Communications and Engagement Officer to help shape how we connect with more than 2,000 colleagues across Merton Council. This is an exciting opportunity to help deliver our internal communications strategy, launch new channels, strengthen leadership communications, and build an engaged, informed and connected workforce. Experience
At least four years' experience in internal communications, ideally within a large, complex organisation.
