About the Role
We are recruiting Employment Specialists who will be central to our delivery approach. This role requires engaging people with learning disabilities from diverse backgrounds, empowering and encouraging them towards meaningful, sustainable employment. You will identify and overcome barriers to improve their health and build their confidence throughout their journey.
This rewarding role allows you to utilise your skills to influence, support, and encourage others to build a future, while contributing your unique experiences to help us improve. You will address significant and complex barriers to employment with tailored support, enabling individuals to achieve and sustain work.
