About the Role
Join South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, rated Good by the CQC, and a leader in mental health services and biomedical research. As an EPR (Electronic Patient Record) Training Manager, you will develop and implement comprehensive training plans for the EPR system, ensuring all relevant staff are equipped with the necessary skills. You will lead the delivery of training programs, collaborate with multiple departments to align training with organizational goals, and provide expertise on Mental Health Trust terminology to ensure relevance and accuracy. This role includes managing the Go Live training phase scheduled for April 2026, with the position commencing in January 2026. Working within a Trust that offers excellent transport links, subsidised nursery spaces, cycle to work schemes, and staff accommodation, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful implementation of the EPR system and enhancing patient care through effective training.

Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in EPR training and implementation. Proven managerial experience in planning, training, and strategy development. Experience working within Mental Health Trusts is essential.

Qualifications
Relevant certifications and skills may be required depending on the Trust. A background in mental health and EPR systems is highly desirable.
