About the Role
The Executive Assistant will provide dedicated site and remote support to up to three Group Leaders within the London Stock Exchange Group. This role involves complex diary management, meeting coordination, and handling communications such as phone calls and emails. You will arrange business travel, maintain records and files, and support tools, systems, and procedures to ensure smooth operations. Key responsibilities include managing meeting minutes and follow-up actions, producing and collating briefing papers, reports, and presentations, and managing complex expense processes including claims, purchase orders, and supplier setup. You will assist with coordinating Townhalls, Roadshows, and offsite events, greet visitors of all seniority levels, and ensure compliance with travel security policies, especially for high-risk areas. Additionally, you will keep executives’ compliance records updated and identify continuous improvement opportunities to support the broader Executive Assistant community. This role requires building and maintaining strong working relationships internally and externally, acting as a credible representative for senior executives, and working effectively within a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Requirements

Experience
Experience supporting senior executives is highly desirable. Previous experience in financial services or other fast-paced, intense environments is advantageous.

Polished and professional with excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels internally and externally. Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Resilient, tactful, and able to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times. Calm under pressure with a team-oriented mindset and excellent collaboration skills within a matrixed organisation.

Qualifications
Proficient in MS Office and document creation. Strong literacy and numerical skills. Ability to think quickly, solve problems, and adapt flexibly to changing demands. Appetite for hard work and dedication to the role’s requirements.
