About the Role
The Senior Admission Analyst is a key member of the Equities Operations team supporting the operation of trading services across London Stock Exchange (LSE) and Turquoise venues. This role involves processing admission applications, maintaining and enriching reference data, and implementing regulatory and market updates, including the review and handling of corporate actions. The Analyst will contribute to system enhancements through collaboration with Market Operations, Technology, and external partners.

The Equities Operations team maintains trading services and reference data across LSE, Turquoise, and associated venues, managing daily updates, admissions processing, corporate actions, and scheduled changes. The team works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

The role requires strong operational expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The Senior Analyst will also support junior colleagues, deputise for the Assistant Manager when required, and participate in projects focused on process improvement and regulatory change.

Experience
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a professional, customer-focused environment with detailed process adherence.
- Recent experience in a similar operational or technical client service role supporting financial clients.
- Solid understanding of capital markets and equities trading environments.
- Good awareness of regulatory requirements (e.g. FCA, ESMA) and their impact on reference data and corporate actions.
- Working knowledge of corporate actions processes and events is advantageous.
- Experience operating under pressure with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
