About the Role
The Executive Director Corporate Services will provide organisational leadership at the highest level, ensuring Camden Council has the systems, culture, governance, and insight required to operate confidently, plan for the future, and deliver services rooted in fairness and community insight. This role is central to how the organisation operates and responds to the evolving needs of the borough.
Corporate Services is pivotal in enabling Camden to fulfil its purpose. The directorate brings together customer services, digital and data, finance, legal, governance, people and inclusion, partnership, participation, communications, and strategy. It provides the organisational foundations that support Camden to operate confidently, plan for the future, and deliver services rooted in fairness and community insight. The directorate has broad reach into communities, working directly with residents, businesses, voluntary and community sector partners, and anchor institutions to create a place that works for everyone.

Experience
Proven track record as an outstanding strategic leader capable of guiding high-performing senior teams and supporting elected members with confidence and clarity. Experience in managing complex, evolving organisational landscapes and delivering critical corporate functions.
