About the Role
Join Camden’s Integrated Learning Disabilities Service as a Team Manager, leading a multidisciplinary team of practitioner staff within the Adults and Health directorate. You will manage qualified professionals and collaborate closely with managers and clinicians across Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Psychiatry, and other specialisms to deliver innovative, high-quality, inclusive support tailored to the needs and strengths of people with learning disabilities and the wider community. This role involves deputising for the Service Manager when necessary, including making funding decisions and ensuring all safeguarding concerns and enquiries are appropriately assessed and prioritised. This position requires an Enhanced DBS check and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
Experience
Proven experience managing a team of qualified and non-qualified staff, with strong decision-making skills and the ability to apply knowledge of systems working in practice. Experience influencing and negotiating with a range of stakeholders including senior managers, health colleagues, community and interest groups is essential.

Qualifications
You must hold a relevant professional qualification in Social Work. A higher-level management qualification is desirable but not essential.
