This exciting opportunity is for a qualified and registered social worker with relevant experience in statutory safeguarding services. You will manage a caseload of families and children with complex needs, work collaboratively in partnership, seek supervision and guidance, and support team activities and strategic priorities.

Working at a fast pace, you will be well versed in the Effective Support for Families in Merton framework and able to make a positive difference quickly. You will provide direction and guidance for early help and statutory services, working closely with partner agencies and colleagues to safeguard children effectively and without delay.

As an Experienced Social Worker, you will have the opportunity to lead and support best practice. You will receive excellent support through reflective supervision and benefit from an enhanced training offer including systemic practice, Signs of Safety, motivational interviewing, restorative and trauma-informed practice.

This role also attracts a Golden Hello payment of £4,500, paid in two instalments.

Experience
Qualified social worker registered with Social Work England with relevant experience in statutory safeguarding services. Proven ability to manage complex caseloads and deliver safeguarding services effectively.
