As an experienced social worker, you will work closely with Practice and Team Managers to deliver safe, strength-based services that promote independence and person-centred care. Your role will include comprehensive assessments, reviews, interventions, safeguarding, supporting court work where required, and enabling choice and control for residents regarding their accommodation, care, and support needs.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years post-qualified social work experience, preferably within a diverse, urban community setting.
