About the Role
LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider dedicated to delivering excellence and trusted services worldwide. This 1-year fixed term contract role as an External Workforce Business Analyst / Process Subject Matter Expert is critical to supporting the management of LSEG’s external workforce in line with the External Workforce Policy implemented in July 2025. You will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders to understand current processes and exceptions, define an end-to-end external worker management process, and lead change management activities across People, Process, and Systems. The role includes defining standard operating procedures and controls to establish a robust external workforce management framework and owning the adoption of the Vendor Management System to support business requirements and product strategy delivery. You will work with Hiring Managers, Procurement, Engineering, and Colleague Services teams to ensure an efficient and optimised lifecycle process for LSEG’s external workforce. Key responsibilities include actively participating in workshops, translating target state processes into detailed requirements, supporting system implementation and testing, building training content, and maintaining productive relationships with MSP vendors to drive service quality and issue resolution. Experience
Proven success as a Business Analyst or Process SME within external workforce management processes. Experience reviewing, analysing, and recommending next steps based on service level data. Working knowledge of leading Vendor Management Systems such as SAP Fieldglass, Workday VNDLY, or similar. Advantageous to have knowledge of Workday HCM system.
