About the Role
Join us as a Family Group Decision Making (FGDM) Practitioner and play a key role in transforming how Merton works with children, young people and families. You will champion family group decision making and early intervention by facilitating meaningful Family Group Meetings and supporting referrals to Family Group Conferences. Working alongside social care, education, health, voluntary sector and community partners, you will help embed Family Group Decision Making across the wider system. This is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine difference by helping families identify strengths, build support networks and make lasting plans that keep children safe and thriving.
Experience
Proven skills in relationship-building, facilitation and partnership working within multi-agency environments.

Qualifications
Relevant professional qualifications or experience in social care, family support or related fields are desirable.
