About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for bright and committed school leavers or recent graduates to join a high-performance global finance team in a world-leading professional services firm and work towards a professional finance qualification. We are recruiting a cohort of apprentices to join our Finance team in London. Some Assistant Accountant roles will be largely dedicated to one team, with short secondments to other teams, while others offer the opportunity to gain experience in multiple teams over the course of the apprenticeship. As an Assistant Accountant, you will provide a high-quality service to the firm's 500+ partners and business units worldwide through a wide range of regular and ad hoc financial and administrative processes. Working closely with finance and tax colleagues at the London head office and across the globe, each role is varied and challenging. You will gain a wide range of skills and experience through on-the-job training, in-house training programmes, support from friendly and experienced finance colleagues, and full support towards a finance qualification (ACCA). The environment fosters collaboration, innovation, efficiency, agility, entrepreneurship, and responsibility, within a positive, supportive, fair, and inclusive atmosphere that values diversity and challenges bias. The closing date for applications is Wednesday 9th September 2026.
