About the Role
Join the Shared Finance Service Accounts Receivable Team to maximise daily income collection and enforcement processes for both the London Borough of Sutton and the Royal Borough of Kingston. You will deliver core service activities under close supervision, manage the resolution of complex customer complaints within your area of expertise, and maintain regular communication with internal and external service providers to ensure efficient and coordinated service delivery. Additionally, you will create and maintain basic databases to support senior officers in managing the service.

About the Service and Team
The Shared Services employ nearly 500 staff across HR, Finance, Customer Service, Neighbourhoods, Environment, and ICT. This collaborative working environment helps develop new skills and manage relationships across multiple partners. Roles in this service are frontline service delivery positions, accountable for performance and often involving direct contact with service users or management of significant contracts.

Experience
