About the Service and Team
The Access and Support team is part of the Housing Advice service. The team is responsible for assessing and monitoring housing register applications and managing nominations to Registered Housing Providers. They work closely with other parts of the Housing Advice Service to prevent homelessness and provide alternative housing solutions, including accommodation in the private sector and social housing.

This role involves assessing and monitoring housing register applications and providing relevant information to clients and colleagues about the process. It requires working collaboratively within the Housing Advice Service and across the Council to support residents effectively.
