About the Role
At M Group Energy, we’re enabling the energy essential to support our lives. We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering, and home decarbonisation. As part of our Metering team, you will provide a wide range of services including smart installations, investigating non-communicating smart meters, and handling emergency and maintenance appointments for clients such as EON, OVO, and EDF. You will receive continuous training to maintain and develop your skills, ensuring health and safety is at the heart of everything you do. Customer service is our top priority, and you will ensure all jobs are completed on time while providing in-depth explanations of the benefits and safe usage of new meters.

Experience
Must have held a valid UK driving licence for at least 1 year with less than 6 points. Experience in the gas industry is preferred.

About you
Enthusiastic about customer service and capable of working independently. You should enjoy meeting new people and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications
CCN1/CMA1 or NVQ Level 2 in Smart Metering Dual Fuel is required. Must be gas safe registered for a minimum of 6 months.
