About the Role
At M Group Energy, we’re enabling the energy essential to support our lives. We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering, and home decarbonisation. In this role, you will be part of our Metering team, the leading provider of metering services in the UK energy retail sector. You will provide a wide range of services including smart installations, investigating non-communicating smart meters, and emergency and maintenance appointments on behalf of EON, OVO, EDF, and our expanding client portfolio. You will receive continuous training to maintain and develop your skills, with a focus on health and safety. Customer service is our top priority, ensuring all jobs are completed on time and customers are well-informed about their new meters.

Experience
Valid UK driving licence, held for at least 1 year with less than 6 points. CCN1 / CMA1 or NVQ Level 2 in Smart Metering Dual Fuel is preferred. Must be gas safe registered for a minimum of 6 months.

About you
You are currently working in the Gas industry and looking to transition into smart metering. You enjoy working independently and have excellent customer service skills.

Core gas qualifications are required to kick start your career in the Smart Metering Industry.
