Key Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs and requests are efficiently addressed
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive at every point of the customer journey, answering questions and resolving concerns in a friendly manner
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and contribute to an inclusive and safe working environment
- Comply with health and safety regulations and any specific food service or catering guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and dining areas

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is often a plus but not essential.
