Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guests’ needs throughout their journey. Answer questions and address concerns in a friendly manner.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and contribute to an inclusive and safe working environment.
Comply with health and safety regulations and any specific food service or catering guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and dining areas.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, especially within the food service industry, is advantageous but not essential.

You have a contagious passion for food and/or customer service.
Barista skills are a must.

Qualifications
