Your responsibilities will include delighting customers with friendly and professional greetings, efficiently preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods and equipment, sharing the story of our menu and providing recommendations while being aware of allergen procedures. You will maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules, company and COSHH standards, follow all health and food safety guidelines, monitor stock levels, use till systems for payments and orders, provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer issues, and assist the team with other tasks as needed.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is often a plus but not essential.

Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is desirable but not mandatory.
