We are seeking a General Assistant who strives to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional experiences in a dynamic hospitality environment at the Tottenham Hotspur Training Centre.

As part of our team, you will serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs and requests are efficiently addressed. You will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head/sous chef, always adhering to food safety standards. Providing excellent customer service by being attentive to guests throughout their journey, answering questions, and resolving any concerns is key.

Teamwork is essential as you collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and contribute to an inclusive and safe working environment. You will also maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and dining areas and comply with all health and safety and catering regulations.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, especially within the food service industry, is advantageous but not essential. Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is preferred.

You must hold a full UK driver's licence.
