Hours
Full Time, Monday to Friday only, no weekends. Two shifts on rotation: Morning shift 7:00 – 15:30 and Closing shift 9:00 – 17:30. Training provided for opening and closing shifts. Guaranteed 40 hours per week with optional evening overtime in hospitality (up to 22:00) paid at 1.25 rate.

£16.10 per hour, with potential for additional overtime hours at 1.25 rate

Experience
Customer service experience is essential. We require a professional approach with personal care towards customers, including using customers' names and engaging in appropriate communication to provide a positive experience. Barista experience is an advantage but not essential.

About you
Energetic and talkative personality with strong communication skills. Able to multitask effectively, balancing customer interaction with task completion. Reliable, well-organized, and able to work well within a team.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications required. Eligibility to work in the UK is mandatory as we do not offer visa sponsorship or similar programs.
