The ideal General Manager will demonstrate exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, with proven experience leading large teams in a dynamic environment. You will oversee a multi-faceted account with distinct revenue streams, combining innovation, commercial acumen, and personable leadership to drive performance and engagement.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, inspiring, collaborating and supporting your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards
- Building positive, credible and collaborative relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Developing your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment
- Creating a culture of excellence focused on caring service, high food standards and innovation
- Achieving business critical KPIs including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial and operational targets

Experience
Proven experience leading large teams in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment.
Experience managing multi-faceted accounts with multiple revenue streams.
Financially astute with strong analytical skills to create and maintain budgets and drive commercial performance.
