As a General Ledger Accountant, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the General Ledger (GL) within Oracle, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely. You will perform ongoing analysis of the GL to maintain data integrity and support effective financial control.
Your key responsibilities will include supporting the month-end close process, preparing and posting journals, reviewing and resolving transaction issues, owning reconciliation processes to ensure balance sheet integrity, managing intercompany accounting, supporting Create Accounting processes, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting with financial reporting and analysis. You will build effective relationships with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and improve processes. Additionally, you will support the Assistant General Ledger and Finance Manager with payroll accounting activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives including ARCS BAU activities.

Experience
Finalist or qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, building trusting and respectful relationships.
Experience in financial data analysis and reconciliation processes is desirable.
