About the Role
Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. We are expanding our Pre-Construction Advisory capability to provide clients with greater early-stage certainty. In this role, you will shape integrated delivery strategies by combining construction expertise with strategic insight to define how major, complex schemes can be delivered. This position suits someone who excels in early planning and enjoys solving complex delivery challenges.
You will be responsible for providing buildability, logistics and methodology insight; shaping early delivery strategies including phasing, sequencing and constraints; developing integrated strategic schedules for all project stages; managing optioneering and scenario modelling; assessing design, planning and operational constraints; evaluating feasibility, risks and opportunities; supporting early procurement and benchmarking; and aligning stakeholders while integrating multidisciplinary inputs.

Experience
Proven experience in pre-construction, planning or design management for major, complex projects. Strong expertise in buildability, logistics and early-stage phasing. High programme literacy with the ability to test delivery scenarios.
