About the Role
Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. We are working with a number of NHS Trusts in London and are seeking an experienced Senior Project Controls Manager to direct change baseline management at both project and programme levels for Trusts' capital delivery schemes within the UK healthcare sector.

You will be responsible for developing and embedding change control processes within the Programme Management Office (PMO) core team, integrating these processes with the programme’s digital strategy, and supporting the implementation of a digital change control solution. This role requires ensuring consistency and integrity of the programme baseline across technical, financial, schedule, scope, commercial, and risk functions.

Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate change registers, managing change control activities, supporting strategic delivery decisions, aligning change control with risk management, and providing assurance, training, and stakeholder support. You will work closely with Trusts and programme teams to embed effective local change control management processes and build strong relationships to ensure consistent application of change control across the programme.

This role offers the opportunity to influence and improve change control methodologies within a major healthcare construction programme, supporting continuous improvement and strategic delivery outcomes.

Experience
Proven experience managing change control methodologies and techniques across large programmes. Previous experience in change control or project controls within major construction projects or programmes is essential. Experience rolling out new processes across matrix organisations. Strong client and stakeholder management skills. Good understanding of the different functions within project controls. Digitally savvy with the ability to support digital change control solutions.
