About the Role
Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. We are working with a number of NHS Trusts in London and are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to direct change management at both project and programme levels for Trusts' capital delivery schemes within the UK healthcare sector.

You will be responsible for developing and embedding change control processes within the Programme Management Office (PMO) core team, integrating these with the digital strategy, and supporting the implementation of a digital change control solution. Your role will include ensuring consistency and integrity of change control across the programme baseline and delivery functions, including technical, financial, schedule, scope, commercial, and risk areas.

Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate change registers, managing change control activities, supporting strategic delivery decisions, and aligning change processes with risk management. You will also provide assurance, training, and stakeholder support by developing guidance and communications for programme teams and Trusts, fostering effective relationships to ensure consistent application of change control processes.

This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and embedding best practices across complex, matrix organisations.

Experience
- Proven experience managing change control methodologies and techniques across programmes.
- Previous experience in change control/project controls within major construction projects or programmes, ideally within the UK healthcare sector.
- Experience rolling out new processes across matrix organisations.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of project controls functions.
- Digitally savvy with the ability to support digital change control solutions.
