About the Role
Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. We are working with a number of NHS Trusts in London and are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to direct change management at both project and programme levels for Trusts' capital delivery schemes within the UK healthcare sector.

You will be responsible for developing and embedding change control processes within the Programme Management Office (PMO) core team, integrating these with the digital strategy, and supporting the implementation of a digital change control solution. Your role will include ensuring consistency and integrity of change control across the programme baseline and delivery functions, including technical, financial, schedule, scope, commercial, and risk aspects.

Key responsibilities include managing change control processes, maintaining accurate change registers, supporting strategic delivery decisions, aligning change control with risk management, and providing assurance, training, and stakeholder support. You will build effective relationships across the programme and with Trusts to ensure change control processes are understood, consistently applied, and continuously improved.

Experience
- Proven experience managing change control methodologies and techniques across programmes.
- Previous experience in change control/project controls within major construction projects or programmes, ideally within the UK healthcare sector.
- Experience rolling out new processes across matrix organisations.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of the different functions within project controls.
- Digitally savvy with the ability to develop and implement digital change control solutions.
