The project: Our client is the utilities provider in the South-East geographic area. Their purpose is to deliver services in an environmentally sustainable, economically beneficial, and socially responsible manner and create sustainable long-term value for all.

As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering effective project management across medium-sized projects. This includes coordinating planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement activities; overseeing budgets, fees, and commercial controls to meet agreed outcomes; applying project management methodologies and construction sequencing knowledge; managing bidding, reporting, and project documentation activities; and building strong internal and external relationships with project stakeholders.

You will also resolve planning, estimating, procurement, and contract administration issues, while providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring to support team performance.

Experience
Significant project management experience across medium or complex project delivery stages.

About you
Professional membership such as MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE or equivalent.
Strong understanding of construction delivery practices.
Appropriate CSCS card.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Committed to safety, client focus, integrity, and creating opportunities for people to excel.

Qualifications
Related tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience/apprenticeship.
