You will manage estimating and cost planning activities, take ownership of and present final cost plans, ensure final accounts are negotiated and agreed, and act as a key interface with clients, stakeholders and other consultants at all project stages. The role also includes handling contractual frameworks and standard forms of contract, identifying and acting upon opportunities to improve cost management procedures, templates and products to enhance client services, as well as improving internal systems and processes.
