Experience
- Proven track record in supporting, operating, and/or leading procurement across complex programmes and projects within multi-stakeholder and team environments.
- Knowledge of public and private sector procurement environments including governance frameworks.
- Experience developing and implementing procurement strategies and standard operating procedures.
- Strong market engagement, supply chain due diligence, and contract management lifecycle.
- Experience managing procurement for large complex service and works packages.
- Ability to support, collaborate, and interface across multifunctional and discipline teams.
- A proactive approach focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Having BPSS or SC Clearance is beneficial.
