As the Global Senior Retail Training Designer within L'Oréal Luxe, you will report to the Global Retail Training Design Manager with a dedicated focus on the Aēsop brand. You will be instrumental in creating learning experiences that honor Aēsop's unique philosophy while driving commercial success for its global retail population.

Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Create & Innovate: Design and develop engaging blended learning solutions (product and capability) that are distinctly Aēsop, aligning with commercial goals and elevating the customer experience.
- Collaborate & Influence: Partner closely with Aēsop's key stakeholders across marketing, product innovation, and regional training teams to translate business priorities into effective learning content.
- Deploy & Empower: Confidently host train-the-trainer sessions to successfully launch new programs, empowering local teams to deliver with excellence.
- Analyze & Improve: Track and report on the performance of training programs, using data and feedback to continuously refine and elevate our learning offerings.

Experience
Proven experience in designing and developing blended learning solutions, from concept to deployment.
Strong ability to lead multiple training projects, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver on time.
Significant experience with authoring tools like Articulate 360 and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
