About the Role
Net Zero Careers Accelerator (NZCA) connects people with roles that contribute to environmental sustainability and the green economy. We are recruiting Grounds Maintenance Operatives to support the upkeep of one of London’s well-known park environments. This role involves maintaining green spaces to a high standard, helping ensure parks remain safe, clean and welcoming for the public. Key responsibilities include grass cutting and lawn maintenance, shrub and hedge cutting, general landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks, operating grounds maintenance equipment, and supporting the wider parks team in maintaining outdoor environments.

Experience
Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping or gardening preferred.

About you
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Qualifications
Full UK driving licence preferred.
