About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure that outdoor spaces across housing sites are well-maintained and well-presented. You will be responsible for a variety of landscaping tasks, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges and shrubs, weeding flower beds and pathways, and performing general upkeep such as clearing debris. You will operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently, following all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, be physically fit, able to work in all weather conditions, and possess a keen eye for detail. Good knowledge of horticultural practices and health and safety regulations is essential. You will be joining our Soft FM team based in Lambeth, London, responsible for a wide range of cleaning, grounds maintenance, and caretaking services to ensure community assets are well-maintained.

Experience
Proven experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping.

About you
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Good knowledge of horticultural practices, including planting, pruning, and weed control. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and the public.

Qualifications
Valid driving licence. Ability to operate and maintain groundskeeping machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently. Understanding of and compliance with health and safety regulations relevant to grounds maintenance.
