Full Time - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.

About the Role
Pinnacle Group are looking for a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure our outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing. You will be joining our Grounds Maintenance teams based in the Harlesden, Wembley area. Your responsibilities will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and general landscape upkeep of housing sites (new builds, extra care sites, and sheltered accommodation). You will have a keen eye for detail, be physically fit, and possess a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities
Driving company vehicles and transporting plant, machinery, and equipment; general maintenance of grounds e.g. grass cutting, clearing of debris, leaves, litter, hedge and shrub trimming; use of gardening equipment, powered hand tools, and ride-on machinery; maintenance of vehicles and gardening machinery.

Experience
Experience in using gardening power tools is required.

About you
Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety procedures; commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications
A full driving licence is essential.
