As a Group Executive Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring consistency, and providing leadership and guidance to culinary teams across multiple locations within your region. Your culinary expertise, managerial skills, and passion for food will contribute to the success and growth of our organisation. You will collaborate with teams to develop innovative menus, train and mentor staff, maintain strict quality and safety standards, manage costs, and foster strong interdepartmental relationships. You will also have the opportunity to work towards BaxterStorey’s Chef Academy Level 4 qualification and beyond.

Experience
Proven culinary leadership experience managing multiple locations or teams, with a strong track record of maintaining high-quality standards and consistency.
About you
Passionate and creative chef with excellent managerial and communication skills. Motivated to develop others and continuously improve culinary offerings. Able to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to evolving culinary trends.
Qualifications
Willingness and capability to work towards BaxterStorey’s Chef Academy Level 4 qualification and beyond. Commitment to food safety regulations, quality control, and cost management.
