Key Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, collaborate and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards.
Build positive, credible and collaborative relationships and communication methods with clients and key stakeholders.
Develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment.
Create a culture of excellence by pushing the boundaries of brilliance through caring service, obsessive food standards and innovation.
Achieve critical KPIs including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial and Governance targets.

Experience
Previous experience commensurate with the role.
Proven ability to manage, train, and support a team effectively.
