You will delight customers by greeting them warmly, preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks to our high standards, and sharing the story of our menu while being mindful of allergen procedures. You will maintain a clean and organized coffee bar in line with company, COSHH, and health and safety standards. Additionally, you will monitor stock levels, handle payments using till systems, resolve customer issues, and support the team with other tasks as needed. Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, especially within the food service industry, is often a plus but not essential.
