Key Responsibilities
Ensure customers receive an efficient and enjoyable experience, consistently exceeding service and value expectations.
Monitor colleagues’ work, conduct appraisals, identify training needs and potential.
Be passionate about the Coffee Bar operation and stay aware of new industry concepts and high street trends that may enhance the current offer.
Encourage colleagues to develop themselves and seek out new trends.

Experience
Proven experience as a manager within a hospitality environment, ideally retail.
Experience in creating a thriving and successful working environment.
Excellent supervisory and communication skills.
Good delegation and influencing skills.
Demonstrated team development skills.

Qualifications
