As Head Barista, you will be an expert in all things coffee, responsible for maintaining quality control and consistency of all beverages, training and developing the barista team, and supporting management with goals. You will plan coffee events, manage marketing plans including pop-ups and masterclasses, innovate with beverage creativity, and maintain specialist coffee equipment. You will also work closely with specialist coffee suppliers to maintain excellent relationships and promote a strong health & safety culture.

Experience
Customer service experience in hospitality or similar environment is essential.
