As Head Chef, you will lead, inspire, collaborate and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards. You will build positive, credible and collaborative relationships and communication methods with clients and other key stakeholders in the business. You will continually develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment. Creating a culture of excellence with your team, you will strive to push the boundaries of brilliance through natural caring service, obsessive food standards and innovation. You will also be responsible for achieving business critical KPIs including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial and Governance.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Head Chef or in a similar role
Demonstrated experience managing, training, and supporting a team
