We have an exciting opportunity for a creative, inclusive, experienced, and passionate Head Chef to join our team. You will be a proactive and empowered Chef with a creative approach to food and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences in both our retail restaurant and fine dining hospitality. Extensive knowledge of the premium restaurant sector and experience in delivering exceptional food offerings are essential. Strong leadership skills are required.
This is a fantastic chance for a skilled and experienced Head Chef to make a name within the food service B&I industry and be part of setting the new standard for workplace hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, collaborate and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards.
- Build positive, credible and collaborative relationships and communication methods with clients and other key stakeholders.
- Continually develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment.
- Create a culture of excellence, pushing boundaries through caring service, obsessive food standards, and innovation.
- Achieve business critical KPIs including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial and Governance.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Head or Executive Chef or in a similar role.
Extensive knowledge of the premium restaurant sector.
Demonstrated experience managing, training, and supporting a team.
Financially astute with strong analytical skills to create and maintain budgets and drive commercial performance.
