We have an exciting opportunity for a creative, inclusive, experienced, and passionate Head Chef to join our team. You will lead, inspire, collaborate, and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards. Build positive, credible, and collaborative relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Continually develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment. Create a culture of excellence by pushing the boundaries of brilliance through natural caring service, obsessive food standards, and innovation. Achieve business-critical KPIs including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial, and Governance.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Head or Executive Chef or in a similar role
Extensive knowledge of the premium restaurant sector
Experience delivering exceptional food offerings
Demonstrated ability to manage, train, and support a team effectively

Passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences in both retail restaurant and fine dining hospitality
Strong leadership skills with excellent coaching, delegation, and influencing abilities
