As Head Chef, you will lead, inspire, collaborate with, and support your team to deliver consistently exceptional standards. You will build positive, credible, and collaborative relationships with clients and key stakeholders. You will continually develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment, creating a culture of excellence focused on natural caring service, obsessive food standards, and innovation.
You will be responsible for achieving critical business KPIs including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial targets, and Governance.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Head Chef or in a similar role.
Demonstrated ability to manage, train, and support a team effectively.
Financially astute with strong analytical skills to create and maintain budgets and drive commercial performance.
