- Driving HS&W performance through visible leadership, practical guidance and effective assurance.
- Producing formal reports, inspections and reviews against regulatory, BMS and project requirements.
- Supporting accident, incident and near miss investigations and ensuring learning is captured and shared.
- Supporting bids, proposals and PQQs with high-quality and innovative HS&W responses.
- Engaging with internal teams, customers, regulators, supply chain partners and external HS&W forums.
- Delivering approved HS&W technical training and supporting behavioural safety programmes.
- Coaching, mentoring and developing individuals to build capability and support a strong talent pipeline.
