£42,912 - £44,235 per annum (SO2). All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point for the grade unless matching current salary with evidential proof.

As a Homelessness Prevention & Assessments Officer, you will have an excellent working knowledge of homelessness and allocations. You will deliver a high level of customer service, providing assistance to those seeking re-housing, including those affected by homelessness.

You will carry out full investigations into homelessness applications in accordance with the Homeless Reduction Act and be committed to safeguarding vulnerable households.

Experience
Proven experience and excellent working knowledge of homelessness and housing allocations. Experience delivering high standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
