Salary
£50,778 to £52,920 per annum (PO3). All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point for the grade unless matching current salary with evidential proof.

The Lewisham Safeguarding Children Partnership (LSCP) aims to ensure all professionals work collaboratively to keep children and young people safe, holding each other to account and prioritising safeguarding.

As the LSCP Development Officer, you will support the Partnership’s Executive meetings and sub-groups, ensuring effective operation and multi-agency arrangements that comply with current legislation, guidance, and learning at both national and local levels.

You will facilitate and coordinate projects with sub-group Chairs to deliver the strategic priorities of the LSCP. Requirements

Experience
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good knowledge of safeguarding policies and practice, and an understanding of the agencies involved in safeguarding children.

A highly professional team player and problem solver who can work collaboratively with people at different organisational levels. Energetic and ambitious to improve outcomes for children and young people. Able to work with complex data, absorb and analyse information to support action planning and practice development.

Qualifications
