Location
Primarily based at Lawrence House office in Catford with a hybrid working approach. You will be required to work both in the office and from home regularly, with an expectation to be in the office at least 2 days a week.

Salary
£60,633 - £62,742 per annum (PO7). All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role unless matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale) with evidential proof.

Join the London Borough of Lewisham to lead service improvement and change projects across the Housing Directorate, supporting the delivery of better services for residents. You will work collaboratively and at pace with teams to find innovative solutions to complex challenges in areas such as repairs, homelessness, and resident engagement. Experience
Proven problem-solving skills with experience in developing innovative solutions to improve housing services. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and manage complex projects using service design and project management methodologies.
