Salary
£58,299 - £60,486 per annum (SCP 41-43). All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point for the grade, except where matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale) is evidenced.

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reflective social work qualified Advanced Practitioner to join our Corporate Parenting team. This unique role requires a creative and motivated practitioner who can work innovatively with children and their families to ensure timely and appropriate support. You will manage a focused caseload, oversee duty responsibilities, and deputise for the team manager. Working within a diverse team of advanced practitioners and social workers, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality services to Children Looked After and those involved in Care Proceedings. The role involves leadership, supervision, and collaboration with multi-agency partners to drive positive outcomes for children and families.

Experience
Proven experience as a social work practitioner with expertise in statutory safeguarding practices for children in need of help and protection and children looked after, particularly in the context of corporate parenting. Experience working with Children Looked After and Care Proceedings is essential.

Qualifications
