About the Role
BaxterStorey are looking for a Hospitality Assistant to join their team, providing service excellence to guests and clients. This role involves supporting, monitoring, and serving all food and drinks to customers, clients, and guests, as well as clearing throughout events. You will prepare hospitality food and beverage requests in designated meeting spaces, serve with a genuine and positive demeanour, and work efficiently to deliver the highest quality service. Responsibilities include working on licensed bars serving alcoholic beverages, using coffee machines, assisting with deliveries, and ensuring all hospitality requirements are prepared and accounted for. You will also be responsible for cleaning and polishing cutlery, glasses, and crockery, and managing linen and equipment hired for events.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is desirable. Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is beneficial.
