This role involves supporting, monitoring, and serving all food and drinks to customers, clients, and guests, as well as clearing throughout events. You will ensure clean furniture, dining tables, and chairs are available and presented to the highest standard. Responsibilities include polishing cutlery, glasses, and crockery, preparing hospitality food and beverage requests, working independently with initiative, serving guests with a genuine and positive demeanour, working on licensed bars, using coffee machines, assisting with ordering and deliveries, and managing linen and equipment for events. Comfort serving at fine dining events is preferred but not essential.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is preferred but not essential.
