As a Hospitality Assistant, you will serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs and requests are efficiently addressed. You will provide excellent customer service by being attentive throughout the customer journey, answering questions, and resolving any concerns. Teamwork is essential as you collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a safe, inclusive working environment. You will also maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and dining areas while adhering to health and safety and food service regulations.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is often a plus but not essential.
